Returns & Exchanges

• Custom items (jerseys & fan gear with numbers added) are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

• Unworn / unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days for full refund, minus shipped costs. Email info@canessouthwest.com for return authorization. Items may be shipped back or returned in person during business hours to 24410 RR 12, Dripping Springs, TX 78620

• Items that are received damaged will be replaced, but requests must be made within 10 days of receiving product. A return to the store may be required for damaged items to be replaced.

Product care

• It is recommended that all printed items be hung to dry to prolong decorating. Items will not be replaced due to damage from drying.

Product tryon

• Some items are available to try on for sizing purposes only at our Dripping Springs location (uniforms and some fan gear). Please email admin@redseamsports.com for an appointment
